Dog Eat Dog

I have been mulling this whole Hurricane Sandy thing over in my mind for the past month.  I posted about it on the blog and the post was one of the lower rated ones I have written.  It elicited many reader comments to the fact that those big city folks were doing everything they could do given their situation.

Studying Sandy

Seems like I have been dealin’ with bad weather situations for a lifetime.  Thinking back on it, maybe I have.  There were the hurricanes to deal with when we lived in South Florida during the ’80s.  There was that little snow storm when we lived in Chattanooga in 1993.  I met Ike firsthand  in 2008 and of course there was Katrina.
