When I bought the Old Girl, what was it?  Almost 10 years ago?  there was no cognizance regarding a recreational vehicle as a central fixture of my Master Plan.  It was a whim.  I was fat.  Crossed my mind an RV would be a nice toy.  I bought one.  Every thing happens for a reason.  I knew that then.  I BELIEVE in it now.

Most folks are going to tell you an RV is a nice place to visit but they ain’t wanting to live there.  Rightly

Sitting here on a cold January Saturday, I looked back on the week that was, searching for something noteworthy to share.  It ain’t there.  Yeah, we had some significant weather but most of the country suffered right along at a worse rate than South Texas. The news of the week was NOT Justin Bieber.  Christ on a cracker, you ever wonder what somebody from England or Japan would think about us if they watched our news casts?  Even though the coddled little thug was on every newscast every hour, he was not the news of the week.

Joel, I got no excuse*.  The world is rife with slackers these days and I are one when it comes to August 2013 blog posts. Sitting here pre-dawn and watching WOAI morning news out of San Antone with the sound off and captions on which works out good with my progressively worsening hearing loss.  Breaking news this AM reports Texas has reduced their requirements for a Concealed Handgun License.  Take that Schumer and Pelosi!  Gotta love Texas dude.  I mean really……….
