A few years back, maybe 2014 or so, I predicted 12 hour guard shacks would one day replace the couple working out of their RV onsite. Seems like I was right. Local residents and single folks paying to stay in RV parks filled the ranks. Oh, there is still (some) demand for RVs onsite and I am sure some Winter Texans this winter will find positions.
